Highlander buys juice, beverage concentrates producer Juice Tyme
Highlander Partners, a US-based private investment firm, has bought Juice Tyme, an American provider of bag-in-box juice and beverage concentrates.
Juice Tyme will operate under its existing name and operating structure with its current management team, led by president and CEO Philip Scott.
The company offers juices, drinks, sugar-free beverages, thickened and enhanced waters, sports and energy drinks, iced teas, margaritas and cocktail mixers, frozen drinks and smoothie mixes, and flavor shots.
Through a network of beverage and foodservice distributors, Juice Tyme serves the food service industry including restaurants and bars, colleges and universities and convenience stores markets in the US.
Scott said that their partnership with Highlander will strengthen the company in the areas of finance and sales and marketing with additional strategic support.

Highlander partner and Juice Tyme chairman of Alex Guiva said: "In addition to organic growth efforts, we will actively seek juice, concentrate and beverage acquisition opportunities to expand Juice Tyme's offerings in the foodservice market and beyond."
